What these terms cover

These terms apply to proposal planning and event services provided by Cabo Proposals in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The specific terms of your booking, including scope, price, deposit and cancellation terms, are set out in your written quote and confirmation, which take precedence over anything general stated here.

Quotes and confirmation

Quotes describe a specific setup on a specific date. A booking is confirmed when the agreed deposit is received and we confirm in writing. Until then, dates, venues and suppliers are not held.

Prices

Your quoted price is fixed for the scope described. If you change the scope, the location, the guest numbers or the date, the price may change and we will tell you before anything is committed.

Venues and third parties

Where a setup requires the agreement of a hotel, a restaurant, a boat operator or a property owner, we coordinate it. Those third parties set their own rules and can restrict or refuse an element at their discretion. Where that happens we will propose the closest workable alternative.

Weather and conditions

Outdoor events are subject to weather and, on the water, to the decisions of the port authority. Every outdoor booking has an agreed backup arrangement. If conditions make the primary plan unsafe or impossible, we move to the backup rather than cancelling.

Your responsibilities

Arriving at the agreed time is the one thing only you can control. Late arrival can shorten or, at sunset dependent locations, lose elements of the setup. Please also tell us in advance about allergies, mobility needs and anything else that affects the plan.

Photography and media

You own the moment. We will not publish images of your event without your permission. Where you give permission, we may use images on our website and social media.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the services described in your confirmation. We are not liable for matters outside our reasonable control, including weather, port closures, third party venue decisions, flight delays or the response of the person being proposed to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
