This website
We build this site to be usable with a keyboard alone, to work with screen readers, and to keep text contrast readable. Every page uses proper heading structure, images carry text alternatives, and the site works without JavaScript for reading and navigating content.
If something does not work
If any part of this site is difficult to use, tell us at CaboEventsAgency@gmail.com and describe what happened. We will fix it and, in the meantime, give you the same information another way.
Accessibility at proposal locations
Locations in Los Cabos vary enormously. Some are straightforward: Medano Beach, most terraces and most villas have vehicle access close to the setup. Others are genuinely difficult. Santa Maria Beach requires a walk from the parking area, and Playa Monumentos involves soft sand with no firm path. Some cliffside terraces involve steps and are not step free.
Tell us early
If you, your partner or any guest has limited mobility, uses a wheelchair, or would find sand, steps or boat access difficult, tell us at the enquiry stage rather than later. It changes which locations we recommend, and we would rather steer you to a setting that works than stage something beautiful you cannot comfortably reach.
What we can arrange
Vehicle access as close to the setup as the location allows, firm matting over sand, seating at the setup, and venue selection based on step free access. On the water, boarding assistance and calmer inshore routes.
