Cabo Proposals is an engagement proposal planning company based in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We stage beach, restaurant, private yacht and villa proposals across Los Cabos, handling the decor, the florals, live music, photography and video. Most couples book four to eight weeks out and receive a fixed all inclusive quote before paying.
Wedding planners plan weddings. We plan the twelve minutes before one. Plenty of companies will sell you a proposal package from a laptop in another country and subcontract the day itself. We live here. Our team sets the arch, meets the florist, walks the photographer to their mark and waits out of frame until it is done.

How much does a proposal in Cabo cost?
Cost depends on the setting, the guest count and any add ons. As an anchor, our most booked package, the Sunset Cruise Proposal on a private 65ft Sea Ray, is 2,350 USD for two hours all inclusive. Beach and dinner setups start lower, villa buyouts and fireworks move it upward. You get a fixed price before you pay anything.
How far in advance should I book a Cabo proposal?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most setups. High season runs November through April plus Valentine's week, when the best beach slots, sunset tables and yacht charters book out first. We do take rush requests inside seven days when suppliers allow it.
What makes you different from other Cabo proposal planners?
Blanca Pulido spent more than twenty years running a flower shop in Phoenix, Arizona before bringing that craft to Los Cabos. The florals in your setup are designed and built by us rather than handed to a supplier, and the people who design the moment are the same people standing on the sand building it.
Can you keep the proposal a surprise?
Yes. Surprise logistics are the core of what we do. We plan a cover story, brief your driver or hotel concierge, position the photographer out of sight, and time the reveal so your partner walks into the setup with no idea. All communication runs through you only.
What happens if the weather turns?
Every beach and yacht booking carries a backup plan agreed in advance, usually a covered terrace, a villa or a restaurant option on the same evening. We monitor forecasts from seventy two hours out and call the decision with you rather than leaving it to chance.
Do you work in both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo?
Yes. We plan and stage proposals across the whole Los Cabos municipality, including Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor and San Jose del Cabo, plus the inland valley and the East Cape for couples who want a desert or garden setting rather than a beach.
