What we collect

When you contact us we collect the information you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, proposal dates, group size and any details you include about the plan. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, coordinate suppliers and deliver the event you book. We use your contact details to reach you about your own booking. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers directly involved in your event, and only the details they need to do their part. That may include a photographer, a florist, a boat operator, a restaurant or a transport provider. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Your partner

We never contact the person being proposed to, for any reason, and we never disclose the existence of a booking to them. If you tell us not to email you, we will use only the channel you nominate.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to completed bookings are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

Photographs

We never publish photographs of your proposal without your permission. If you would prefer your event never appears on our website or social media, tell us and it will not.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to CaboEventsAgency@gmail.com and we will action it.
