Where we work
We are based in El Tezal, Cabo San Lucas, and work across the whole of Los Cabos: Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor and San Jose del Cabo, plus inland garden settings, and private charters out of Cabo San Lucas marina.

How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few hours during Los Cabos daytime, and always within one working day. If your dates are inside two weeks, send a WhatsApp message rather than an email, because we can check live supplier availability faster on a message thread than over email.
What should I include in my first message?
Your travel dates, roughly how many people will be there, the kind of setting you are picturing and where you are staying. That is enough for us to give you a real answer. You do not need a budget figure or a finished plan before getting in touch.
Will you contact my partner?
Never, for any reason. All communication runs through you only, on whichever channel you choose. If you would rather we did not email you at all in case a notification appears on a shared device, say so and we will use WhatsApp exclusively.
Can I book a proposal for a date that is only days away?
Sometimes. Rush bookings inside seven days depend entirely on what suppliers have free, and location choice narrows a lot. Message us on WhatsApp rather than email and we will tell you honestly within the hour whether it is deliverable.
