Cabo Proposals delivers fresh flower arrangements to hotels, resorts and private villas across Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor and San Jose del Cabo. Arrangements are designed and built by Blanca Pulido, a florist with more than twenty years of experience, and delivered at a time you choose with a card or gift if you want one.
This is separate from our proposal setups. It is for the mornings, birthdays, anniversaries and arrivals that do not need a staged installation on a beach, but do need real flowers to be waiting in the room.
What we deliver
Arrangements, not a bunch in cellophane
- Designed to your colours. Tell us the palette or the occasion and we build to it rather than sending a stock bouquet.
- Delivered to the property. Hotels, resorts and private villas across Los Cabos, coordinated with reception, the concierge or the villa manager. Free within Cabo San Lucas, 60 USD out to San Jose del Cabo and the Corridor.
- Timed. Arriving when you want it there, whether that is before you land, during dinner or first thing in the morning.
- With a card. Handwritten, in your words, arriving with the flowers rather than in a separate envelope.
- With extras if you want them. Champagne, chocolates or a small gift alongside the arrangement.

Arranged with the hotel so the room is not empty when she walks in. The most requested version of this, and the one that needs the most notice.

Delivered to the room or to the table, timed so it lands during the meal rather than three hours before it.
The morning after
Frequently booked alongside a proposal, so the first morning as an engaged couple starts with flowers already in the room.

What we need from you
Send the property name, the delivery date and time, roughly what you want the arrangement to look like, and the message for the card. We confirm what is achievable with the stock available that week and quote a fixed price before anything is paid.
Fresh stock in Los Cabos varies with what has arrived that week, so specific varieties and exact colour matches need more notice than a general arrangement. Tell us the occasion and we will tell you honestly what we can do on your date.
Delivery area. We deliver across the whole of Los Cabos. There is no delivery charge within Cabo San Lucas, where we are based. Deliveries out to San Jose del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor carry a 60 USD surcharge, because it is 40 minutes to an hour of driving each way.

Most properties require delivery to reception or to the concierge rather than directly to a room, and we coordinate that with the property so the arrangement reaches your partner.
Can you deliver flowers to a private villa?
Yes, and villas are usually simpler than hotels because there is no front desk policy to work around. Send the villa name or address and the time you want the arrangement to be there, and we coordinate directly with the property manager or the staff on site.
Who arranges the flowers?
Blanca Pulido, who ran her own flower shop in Phoenix, Arizona for more than twenty years before moving to Los Cabos. Arrangements are designed and built by us rather than resold from a wholesaler, so the colours and the shape are what you asked for.
Where do you deliver flowers, and is there a delivery charge?
We deliver across the whole of Los Cabos. There is no delivery charge within Cabo San Lucas, where we are based. Deliveries out to San Jose del Cabo, the Tourist Corridor and the surrounding area carry a 60 USD surcharge, because it is 40 minutes to an hour of driving each way.
How much notice do you need for a flower delivery?
The more the better, because fresh stock in Los Cabos depends on what has come in that week. Tell us the date and what you have in mind and we will confirm what is achievable. Specific varieties and colours need more notice than a general arrangement does.
Can you include a note or a gift with the flowers?
Yes. A handwritten card, champagne, chocolates or a small gift can go with the arrangement. Tell us what you want written and we will make sure it arrives with the flowers rather than separately.
Is this the same as your proposal setups?
No, it is a separate service. Proposal setups are staged installations we design, build and take down on location. Flower delivery is an arrangement brought to a hotel or villa at a time you choose, for a birthday, an anniversary, an apology or a welcome on arrival.
